  1. Eligibility: The quiz is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Cloud Bridge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the quiz.

  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Cloud Bridge as final and binding as it relates to the content of this quiz.

  3. Quiz Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 1 July and ending on 31 July 2024. All online entries must be received by 31 July 2024 11:59 PM GMT.

  4. How to Enter: The quiz must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://aws-cloud-savings-savvy-quiz.scoreapp.com. The entry must fulfill all quiz requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cloud Bridge.

  5. Prizes: The winners of the quiz will receive a £100 Amazon voucher. Ten (10) winners will be selected. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Cloud Bridge's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Cloud Bridge Marketing. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of winners. Cloud Bridge shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

  7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this quiz, you grant Cloud Bridge permission to use your entry, name, and any related information (such as your portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the quiz, and biographical information) for purposes of news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional activities. This usage may occur in any media now known or developed in the future, and only with your explicit permission. You will not receive any additional compensation for such uses, but Cloud Bridge will notify you and seek your approval before any publication or broadcast.

  8. Terms: Cloud Bridge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the quiz should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Cloud Bridge's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the quiz. In such case, Cloud Bridge may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Cloud Bridge. Cloud Bridge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the quiz or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

  9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Cloud Bridge and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the quiz and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

  10. Disputes: THIS quiz IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UK WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this quiz, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this quiz, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the UK having jurisdiction.

  11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Cloud Bridge's website. 

  12. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the quiz is Cloud Bridge located at Chiltern House, 49-51 Dean St, Marlow SL7 3AA.

By entering the quiz, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
