AWS Workspaces EUC Trial Credits

Overview

  • We have a limited number of AWS-funded trial credits available for organisations looking to challenge the cost, performance, and complexity of their current End User Compute (EUC) environment.

  • These credits enable a hands-on evaluation of AWS WorkSpaces, deployed into your own AWS environment and managed by Cloud Bridge.

What’s Included

  • Deployment of a Windows 11 AWS WorkSpaces environment

  • Typically configured for up to 25 users (scope confirmed during onboarding)

  • Deployment into your AWS account

  • Rapid setup using pre-built environments for accelerated evaluation

  • Management and support by Cloud Bridge during the trial period

  • Clarity on funding coverage — you'll receive a breakdown of which costs are offset by AWS credits vs. cash funding before the trial begins

Funding & Cost Offsets

This offer is supported by AWS Partner funding programmes, which may include:

  • AWS credits — applied to offset AWS infrastructure and usage costs (e.g. WorkSpaces consumption) during the trial

  • Cash funding — applied to offset Cloud Bridge professional services delivery costs (e.g. deployment, configuration, management)

  • These funding streams may be sourced from different AWS programmes (e.g. PoC credits, MAP, Partner Development Fund) and may be approved at different stages of qualification

All funding is:

  • Subject to AWS approval and eligibility criteria

  • Allocated based on available programme budgets and use case qualification

  • Approved funding is applied as a cost offset, not as a guaranteed entitlement

  • Cloud Bridge will confirm which funding streams have been approved and the applicable coverage before trial commencement.


Eligibility

Available to organisations actively assessing or modernising EUC platforms (e.g. Citrix, VMware, legacy VDI)

Access to funding is dependent on:

  • Alignment to one or more AWS funding programmes

  • Successful technical and commercial qualification per programme

Cloud Bridge reserves the right to accept or decline participation

Customer Responsibilities

To participate in the trial, you agree to:

  • Provide access to an AWS account (or support its creation)

  • Participate in onboarding and technical scoping

  • Nominate users for the evaluation environment

  • Engage in a review session at the end of the trial

Trial Scope & Duration

The trial is a Proof of Concept (PoC) or pilot environment, designed for evaluation only

Scope, duration, and scale are:

  • Defined during onboarding

  • Dependent on AWS funding approval and use case

Any extension or expansion of the environment beyond the agreed scope may require a separate commercial agreement

Costs & Extensions

Where AWS funding is approved:

  • Credits reduce or eliminate your AWS usage costs during the trial

  • Cash funding (where approved) reduces or eliminates Cloud Bridge delivery fees

  • Depending on programme eligibility, the trial may be delivered at no cost to the customer


If:

  • One or both funding streams are not approved

  • Scope increases beyond the funded threshold

  • Delivery extends beyond the funding validity period

Then additional costs may apply and will be agreed in advance before any charges are incurred

Cloud Bridge will provide a clear breakdown of what is covered by each funding stream at the point of onboarding

End of Trial

At the end of the trial period, you can choose to:

  • Continue with a production deployment (subject to commercial agreement)

  • Extend the trial (subject to funding or paid scope)

  • Decommission the environment

There is no obligation to proceed beyond the agreed trial scope.

 

Limitations

Credits are:

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable

  • Valid only within the agreed delivery period

The trial does not include:

  • Large-scale production deployment

  • Complex custom integrations outside agreed scope

Availability is limited and may be withdrawn at any time

Liability & Usage

The environment is provided for evaluation purposes only

Customers are responsible for:

  • Data uploaded into the environment

  • Ensuring appropriate usage and access controls

Cloud Bridge is not liable for data loss or misuse within the trial environment

Changes to the Offer

Cloud Bridge reserves the right to:

  • Amend these terms at any time

  • Modify or withdraw the offer subject to AWS funding availability
